Charity Cookbooks at the Paris Cookbook Fair

Charity Cookbooks have become a worldwide trend. Gourmand sets a light on these books because they combine the love for community and food with what is really important in life. "They are a true measure of human reality", says Gourmand President Edouard Cointreau.

To give more attendance to Charity Cookbooks they will have their own category at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards on March 3 in Paris.

The first international exhibition of Charity Cookbooks will be meeting point, thanks to Curator Thierry Bertman, of non profit organizations, publishers and the public. The exhibition catalogue is published well before on January 24 by Gourmand International to facilitate contacts and meetings.

It has the style and format of the last Gourmand Yearbook, with 80 pages. The book contains articles on the trends, the most important and successful books And the opportunity for publishers these books offer.
