Two countries took the opportunity to present their culinary heritages to a broad public: Italy and Malaysia.

This time the International Wine Bar had a more prominent placement in the center of the basement so that even more visitors than last time were able to attend the tastings.

Through the whole fair the conference programme was very well visited by real professionals. They heart lectures about digital opportunities, cookbook trends, the rise of the Chinese cuisine, the american market and many more.

During the four days more than 8,000 professionals visited the fair. And organizer Edouard Cointreau made clear: "There will be an even bigger third edition next year!"
